Returns & Exchanges


No refunds on change of mind purchases.

No exchange or refunds on sale items. 

No exchanges on jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

Items can only be exchanged in the same style, for a different size or colour. Items cannot be exchanged for other products. Bear in mind that as we work in smaller quantities, if the style is no longer available in your required size we can then offer you a refund. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in their original packaging and condition (with tags, unwashed and unworn) with receipt or proof of purchase.

The freight cost for change of mind returns is at the customer's expense.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Therefore, ensure that your items are packed securely or that you are using a postal service that has a tracking service. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Depending on the type of postal service you are using combined with your sender location, it can take up to 7 business days for your return to arrive to our office. Once received, your item will undergo a quality check and you will then receive an email notification of the outcome of your return request.

If you believe that the item you have received is incorrect or faulty, please email us on contact@pazatelier.com to discuss your options for a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions of our Returns/Refunds policy.
